Due to the perishable nature of our premium spirits, Hendrick’s Gin 1L can only be returned if the bottle remains unopened, the seal is intact, and the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We strive to ensure every bottle arrives in pristine condition for your enjoyment.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your 1L bottle for any signs of leakage, breakage, or seal tampering before signing for the package.
- 2.Contact Support
If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If a return is authorized, place the unopened bottle back into its original protective shipping container to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
